My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary jacuzzi, plunge pool, sauna, and steam room were a wonderful bonus. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the MRT station, although a bit far from the shopping area. When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the rooms definitely smelled of smoke when I entered, and they looked out the back of the hotel. The basic Deluxe Room was quite standard but had the familiar Westin design found worldwide, complete with similar wallpaper style and the comforting white tea fragrance. The overall ambiance was more reflective of a five-star establishment.

Being part of the Executive floor includes access to exclusive amenities like breakfast, tea time, and happy hour at the executive lounge on the 2nd floor.
