Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary jacuzzi, plunge pool, sauna, and steam room were a wonderful bonus. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the MRT station, although a bit far from the shopping area. The dining options were diverse, catering to all tastes, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The rooms were fine and quite spacious, especially since we stayed in an executive room. The service from the staff was good, but there were some delays in replenishing food at the lounge during busy times. The location was central for Taipei, with easy access to the city via the Metro, although not particularly convenient for a specific destination. The dining experience at the executive lounge was superb, offering a variety of western and oriental choices. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though spacious, lacked basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, and the view was limited to an office building, reducing privacy. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, but there were some hiccups like difficulty in making a booking. The location offered convenience with nearby malls and eateries but was not as central as some other options. The dining experience provided good choices but lacked variety over time. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the rooms definitely smelled of smoke when I entered, and they looked out the back of the hotel. The basic Deluxe Room was quite standard but had the familiar Westin design found worldwide, complete with similar wallpaper style and the comforting white tea fragrance. The overall ambiance was more reflective of a five-star establishment.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a living room, king-sized bed, and a vast bathroom. While the decor may be a bit dated, everything is clean and comfy, making it perfect for a short stay. Being part of the Executive floor includes access to exclusive amenities like breakfast, tea time, and happy hour at the executive lounge on the 2nd floor.
I had a luxurious stay at the hotel, with spacious and well-equipped rooms featuring new furniture, recessed ceiling lighting, and a fantastic king-size 'heavenly' bed. However, there were minor inconveniences related to the location and dining options.
The hotel is in a very convenience place with spacious rooms and great self-service bar, although lacking toothbrush and toothpaste amenities. The service is attentive, offering turndown service and local language assistance. The location is central for Taipei but may require a taxi for shopping areas. The dining experience covers well, though improvements could be made, especially for a 5-star hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which was slightly larger than the usual Deluxe room. The LAN connection instead of Wi-Fi was a bit of a downside, but the room was clean and smelled great, typical of a Westin hotel.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room, though slightly larger than the usual Deluxe room, was clean and comfortable, offering a good view out of the back of the hotel and a convenient location near the MRT. The service was top-notch, with a great and extremely helpful staff who understood English very well. The location was close to downtown Taipei, right between The Westin and Sheraton, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience, while variable, always kept my folks happy. The hotel facilities were impressive overall.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and very comfortable, especially the Executive Room I stayed in. It even had included Internet access and a good range of English language channels. I appreciated the option for a connecting door as well. The only downside was the lack of nearby dining recommendations and occasional taxi wait times during peak hours.
